Blue Shield is now making it easier for you to choose the right provider. You can access quality and efficiency indicators, and patient satisfaction scores for PPO providers, medical groups and hospitals, through the Performance Profile in the Find a Provider section. Because you should be informed when making important health care decisions, our Performance Profile tool provides insight into performance based on nationally recognized quality measures.

 

 

To determine if your healthcare provider is in the Blue Shield network, click on one of the links below.

When prompted to "Select a Plan" choose "Blue Shield of California PPO".

After April 1. 2009, you will be able to log-in to the website using your Blue Shield ID number to access addtional menus.

On the website, you can get detailed listings of general practitioners, specialists, hospitals, mental health providers, optometrists, acupuncturists, and chiropractors.
