Each year, the distributable amount is determined for the accumulation period ending October 31. This amount is automatically distributed among eligible participants on or before December 31.
The distributable amount is allocated to eligible persons following one or more formulas explained in your Summary Plan Description. The current methods continue unless the Trustees revise them. For information about your benefits, contact the Fund Office.
Christmas Bonus Plan payments must be sent the same way that your retirement benefit is received, either by mail or electronically. Contact the Fund Office retiree department to make changes.
REMINDER: Christmas bonus payments are mailed (or transmitted electronically if your pension benefit is sent that way). Be sure to notify Plan representatives if you change your mailing address. Note: Christmas bonus checks cannot be picked up at the Fund Office.
