Plan Deductibles

The calendar year deductible is the amount you must pay for covered services before the Plan begins to pay each year. 

• Medical has a $250 deductible per covered person each calendar year. 
• Prescription drugs have a separate $50 deductible per covered person each calendar year. 
• Hearing aids also have a separate $50 deductible per device each calendar year.
